At Strat3 LLC we respect the privacy of our clients, visitors to our website and social media accounts and anyone requesting information from us electronically or by other means. This Privacy Policy is to explain what types of personal information we collect and from whom; how we collect it; what we use it for; how we protect, store and share it; and what choices anyone we collect information about has about the use of that information.

Contact information including first and last name, title or position, email address and business phone number.
Information about your business name, website, mailing address, main phone numbers and social media accounts.
As a standard part of Customer Relationship Management, we also keep track of any discussions, meetings and project work done with you and your company, including date and time of discussion (including phone calls), topics and requests for information from us.
Standard financial data is collected only from active clients in order to facilitate an agreed upon payment method (e.g. valid credit card number, card brand, expiration date; bank and checking information if paying by check; PayPal account information, etc.). This information is not stored in the main client database but is kept separately in a billing database.

Where information is collected from
We collect information from our website through temporary cookies and when you request information or use our contact us form. Our use of Google Analytics does not include individually identifiable visitors but is set to look at aggregated data overall about what visitors look at to help us improve our website functions.
We also collect information from your calls or emails to us, your business card if you give us one, your business website and any printed materials you voluntarily share with us.
How we use collected information
We use this information to do the following business actions:
• To send out marketing materials
• To respond to email or vocal requests for information
• To assess your business needs to determine if we can assist you
• To respond to customer service requests
• To improve our website, social media accounts and marketing efforts

Our databases are maintained on non-network connected computers in encrypted files. We do not sell or rent our databases to anyone.
We will share parts of the databases (usually just name and email address) with third parties we use for services such as marketing emails, identification purposes at event locations and other business services we take on.
Your information may be shared on a limited basis with our business partners so we can work together to offer you certain products or services that you have requested.

Strat3 LLC’s website and social media accounts may contain links to third-party websites and applications of interest that are not affiliated with us. These may include advertisements and external services.
When you use these links to leave our website or social media accounts, this Privacy Policy no longer covers any actions you take or information you share with those third parties and Strat3 LLC is not liable for any issues that arise related to content, security or privacy. We recommend you review their Privacy Policies before engaging and sharing any personal information.
Your choices on how we use any information we have about you
At any time, you can opt out of any or all future contacts from us, including discontinuing any subscriptions to newsletters as well as no longer receiving other marketing materials. (The one exception to this is if we are pursuing the collection of fees owed for services provided).
You can also contact us to change or correct any data we have about you or to let us know if you have any concern about our use of that data.

How you know when we update the Privacy Policy
Strat3 LLC reserves the right to change or update our Privacy Policy at any time and for any reason. Our notification of any changes is through the “Updated” date on the top of this Privacy Policy.
We do not send out individual notifications of changes, so we recommend you periodically check the Privacy Policy to understand and be informed of any changes made.
This Privacy Policy is meant to inform you in a general way. It is not a legal document or contract vehicle.
If after reading this privacy policy you don’t agree with it or our terms, then please don’t visit our website, social media accounts or request information from us.
